Play Chinese tangram with your kids

My students just love tangrams! I let them play with tangram pieces in order to develop their thinking and they think I am cool enough to play games with them.

This is a win-win situation, so we are both happy...

Create your own tangram game

As I teach in a classroom where there is no internet connection, I have created tangram pieces by myself for my students. The kids play with each other in the classroom, learn and have fun at the same time.

How do they play?
I use two different ways of playing Chinese tangram:
One way is solving puzzles according to given patterns. And the other way is much more challenging. I ask the kids to create their own patterns using all seven pieces. They absolutely love it!
