A fitness game is a fun way to get kids moving and get exercise. These games can range from full-on workouts to dance-fuelled fun. These games combine entertainment and exercise, and are fun for all ages. Children can use the game to burn off pent-up energy.

This game promotes cooperation and develops strength and coordination. Children act out the movement on a clue card and cover the square that corresponds to the activity. The first one to cross the finish line wins. This game can be played with a team of six to ten kids. It can also be played as a relay. During a game, players form teams of six to ten people, and then form pairs.
